L’intervento ha riguardato il completo rifacimento degli impianti, mantenendo però la distribuzione originaria degli ambienti nell’ottica di contenere i costi di ristrutturazione.
Le modifiche interne sono state ridotte al minimo, privilegiando un lavoro attento sui dettagli e sulle finiture.
Un ruolo centrale è stato dato al progetto della luce e degli arredi, studiati su misura per esaltare la qualità degli spazi e renderli funzionali, accoglienti e contemporanei.
